Rhumph’s c.1730 aquatic antique prints of sea life. Hand-colored 18th Century engravings of crabs and lobsters from his Codiaeum Variegatum. These are scarce German copper-plate engravings, on very fine and thin. hand-made hand-laid linen rag. Each piece has water-coloring. Each old print measures about 9 1/2 x 16″ They are framed in distressed wood and measure 21 inches x 25 inches ea.
